Video: Alphonso Davies turned into prime Usain Bolt against Arminia Bielefeld

Alphonso Davies is just 20 years old but he has already made his mark on the world of football and has shown once again why he is considered the best left back in the world right now.

The full back showed astonishing speed and determination during Bayern Munich’s rollercoaster game against Arminia Bielefeld which saw Bayern down by two goals inside the first half.

The Canadian defender is seen sprinting back to cover and stop Manuel Neuer from being in a one on one scenario. He manages to completely destroy the Bielefeld attacker and leave them for dead as he passed the ball back to Manuel.

Fans watching the game believe he clocked speeds in excess of 22mp/h which is over 35km/h.

This makes Alphonso one of the fastest football players in the world, up there with Kylian Mbappe who many see as being uncatchable when he’s sprinting.
