CAVALIERS RUMORS & GOSSIP
The Cleveland Cavaliers are winning as expected. With a series sweep over the Boston Celtics, the team can look forward to their next opponent. Now, credit should be given to the Celtics. They played hard and did not let the Cavaliers walk over them. That for a fact is evident as Evan Turner drove in the paint late in the 4th quarter on Thursday night in what was a foolish attempt...
J.R. Smith was ejected from Game 4 for hitting Jae Crowder in the head underneath the basket.
Crowder suffered a left knee injury on the play.
Smith will likely receive a suspension for the hit.
The Cleveland Cavaliers may very well sweep the Boston Celtics, but it’s uncertain whether the team will be at full strength when they start their second-round series against an unnamed opponent.
Just minutes after Kendrick Perkins was given a flagrant 1 for this horribly dirty play against Celtics forward Jae Crowder, yet another ugly play happened in the third quarter of Game...
Kendrick Perkins was assessed a flagrant one for this cheap shot and a double technical foul given to both Crowder and Perkins.
Apparently, the officials didn’t like the way Crowder responded to taking TWO shots to the face.
If Perk pulled this stunt back in 2010, he would have been ejected and suspended. But when you are teammates with the Chosen One, no blood, no foul.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are about to close out a four-game sweep against the Boston Celtics. One would assume that it’s the Celtics who would show frustration in what will be the team’s final game of the year.
However, Cavaliers big man Kendrick Perkins was the individual responsible for a dirty play against Celtics forward Jae Crowder.

BOSTON — The Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers have played a very physical first-round series, but the action didn’t get out of hand until the second quarter of Game 4.
With 1:44 remaining in the first half, Kendrick Perkins went to set a screen for LeBron James and decked Celtics guard Jae Crowder to the floor.

BOSTON — Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love suffered what appeared to be a serious shoulder injury Sunday at TD Garden.
Love was battling Boston Celtics center Kelly Olynyk for a rebound when Olynyk clamped down on Love’s left arm. Olynyk was called for a foul on the play, and Love immediately ran off the court and down the tunnel to the locker room, holding his left shoulder...
For much of the 2014-2015 NBA season, I felt like Kevin Love’s dad. No, I wasn’t stuffing notes into his brown bag lunch that read “Packed you Gushers today, kiddo!” or consoling him after whiffing on a penalty kick during community soccer, but I was concerned about him in a way that felt paternal.
Maybe it was how he almost instantly became a distant third in the Big 3 friendship...
Cleveland Cavalier shooting guard J.R. Smith has never been shy when it comes to spending money. From expensive clothing to lavish jewelry, it should come as no surprise that Smith has one of the most luxurious car collections on the Cavs’ roster. Join us as we count down the seven best cars in J.R.’s gaudy collection of automobiles starting with No. 7.

NBA superstar LeBron James was an all-star wide receiver in high school, but judging by the incredibly effortless full-court shot he made after practice on Saturday, it looks like he could play quarterback.
Here’s another angle:
What my sister witnessed is crazy
Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James can score from just about anywhere on the court, even from 60 feet out.
James, apparently, likes to shoot from the corner at the very far end of the court, and throws the ball like Tom Brady.
But James isn’t the only one that can launch a ball 60 feet out and make a basket. Houston Rockets star Dwight Howard matched James shot on Saturday.
LeBron James never ceases to entertain or amaze. If you don’t believe me, just consider what he does after shoot-a rounds and practices.
Take this shot for example. We don’t know how many attempts LeBron took before hitting this one, but suffice to say most of us would blow our arms out before successfully converting a full-court shot like this.

Kevin Love was acquired last offseason from the Minnesota Timberwolves, and he formed a “big three” with LeBron James and Kyrie Irving with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
They were expected to dominate the rest of the league, but got off to a bit of a slow start. The team as a whole figured things out and got back to playing dominant basketball, but...
Kevin Love helped the Cleveland Cavaliers take a commanding 3-0 series lead over the Boston Celtics on Thursday night with some great shooting from the field.
