Italy pair Ogbonna and Vicario discuss 'special' Premier League

Italy's players are enjoying their football in the Premier League.

West Ham defender Angelo Ogbonna and Tottenham goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario spoke at a Sky Italia function.

Ogbonna said: "The divorce between the Liverpool and (Jurgen) Klopp will not block the Premier League, today the English championship is such a fascinating one that I believe it is the centre of football.

"The English one is a physical and dynamic football, in the past it was only physical but today also thanks to the great coaches the quality has improved very highly and this breaks certain balances. In every situation there is a lot of quality, it's something that needs to be highlighted."

Vicario also said: "I can guarantee that on the sporting side the show will be increasingly beautiful, the quality will be raised and there are possibilities of doing so because the best athletes want to come to the Premier League. Then there is passion, the stadiums are always full and the show will continue to be breathtaking."
