Bruins prospect argues, makes friends with attendant while sitting in penalty box

Boston Bruins prospect Ryan Humphrey had a hilarious two minutes in the penalty box during his London Knights' battle against the Peterborough Petes in their OHL Championship Series.

After going into the sin bin, he began chirping at someone on the ice when the penalty box attendant screamed at him to shut up. Humphrey immediately began to argue with the attendant.

As seen in this clip, the angry back-and-forth quickly turned to something far better as not only would the two make up at the end of the penalty, but Humphrey would come back for seconds.

Fans don't often get to see players in the box unless the broadcast team notices them bickering at their opponents, usually after a fight or a particularly brutal penalty that has their emotions running high.

However, like toddlers tussling over a toy at the playground before becoming best friends again, this clip shows that cooler heads can not only prevail but perhaps make dinner plans after the game.

Humphrey was a rookie camp invitee of the Bruins last fall. The Northville, Michigan native hasn't had a call-up to the big club yet, but he tallied two goals in the Prospects Challenge against the Pittsburgh Penguins during the Bruins' training camp back in September.

As for the game itself, Humphrey's Knights lost 5-3 and are down 3-1 in the series.
