Andrew Peeke listed as week-to-week with injury for Boston Bruins 

Peeke, originally drafted by the Columbus Blue Jackets, was traded to Boston at the NHL trade deadline in March in exchange for Jakub Zboril and a third-round pick in the 2027 NHL Draft. 

Peeke skated in the final 15 regular-season games for the Bruins, finishing with two assists and a plus-2 rating while playing 17:36 per game. He is minus-1 in two playoff games but only played 10:20 before leaving Game 2. 

First in line to replace Peeke in the lineup is Parker Wotherspoon. Wotherspoon was a healthy scratch in the first two games of the series but was solid during the regular season, picking up six assists and finishing with a plus-8 rating in 41 games.

Boston also recalled 23-year-old Mason Lohrei, who has not seen game action since April 2 in Nashville. The young defenseman also played 41 games during the regular season and was more offensive than Wotherspoon, tallying 13 points (four goals, nine assists) in that time. 

Other injury news: Bruins defenseman Derek Forbort remains out with an injury but will travel with the team to Toronto. He was recalled from a long-term injured reserve American Hockey League conditioning stint on Monday and is listed as day-to-day.

The Bruins dominated Game 1 with a 5-1 victory and will now be tested to respond after a Game 2 loss. Game 3 is on Wednesday as the series shifts to Toronto.
