Aaron Rodgers gave a funny-looking interview one time

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers admitted to playing on the drug Percocet on a recent podcast with Joe Rogan. Rodgers admitted to taking the powerful opium-based painkiller to manage his knee issues during games.

Fans did not take long to try and crack the mystery as to when Rodgers played on the drug. Because Rodgers has been careful about what he puts into his body after his mystical experience in Peru, it would make sense the game was pre-pandemic.

Crafty and clever fans scoured games and interviews to find where Rodgers appeared to have his Percocet game. One game that stood out to fans was the Sept. 9, 2018, game against the Chicago Bears. The Packers won 24-23, and Rodgers was interviewed on the field immediately after. Rodgers was returning from a knee injury and looked slightly off in the post-game interview.

That’s pretty impressive if Aaron Rodgers could perform that well while being sedated on the medicine. Rodgers was out in the game early, and the Packers were down 20-3. Rodgers’ return sparked the Packers to a 24-23 win. He finished with three touchdowns in a comeback win over their divisional rival in Week One.
