Our eyes didn't deceive us.
Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson looked like the most dominant force in football last month, and he was rewarded with NFC's Offensive Player of the Month honors for November, per Ian Rapoport.
Players of the Month - November
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) December 1, 2022
AFC
Off: QB Patrick Mahomes, KC
Def: S Derwin James, LAC
ST: K Tyler Bass, BUF
NFC
Off: WR Justin Jefferson, MIN
Def: DL Nick Bosa, SF
ST: K Joey Slye, WAS
NFL Rookies of the month
Off: WR Christian Watson, GB
Def: DL Aidan Hutchinson, DET
Jefferson's incredible month included the best catch of all time during a stretch where his numbers were as absurd as that catch in Buffalo. In four November games, Jefferson had 29 receptions for 480 yards and three touchdowns. He added 10 yards on one rushing attempt against Washington and had an 11-yard completion against New England.
He made what would be extraordinary for anyone else look completely ordinary for himself.
He may look covered. But Justin Jefferson never is.

Minnesota (9-2) is well on its way to a division crown and a potential first-round bye. After two ugly losses to Philadelphia and Dallas, there have been doubts if the Vikings are for real. Those same concerns haven't followed Jefferson. He looked like the best player in the NFC during the month of November. With his most recent honor, our suspicions were confirmed.
