The Jacksonville Jaguars were shut out for the first time in more than 12 years, losing 20-0 to the Tennessee Titans in Week 14 to fall to 2-11 on the season. After the game, Jaguars coach Urban Meyer spent much of his press conference talking about NFL Network's report about the chaos behind the scenes in Jacksonville.
Tom Pelissero reported that Meyer called his assistant coaches "losers" in a staff meeting, got in a heated argument with receiver Marvin Jones and benched running back James Robinson ( despite his insistence to the contrary).
Jaguars coach Urban Meyer on fixing what's wrong: "What's the answer? Starting leaking some information or nonsense? That's garbage. ... If there is a source, then that source is unemployed. I mean, within seconds."

Jaguars rookie quarterback Trevor Lawrence finished the loss to the Titans with four interceptions. The team collectively rushed for eight yards on eight attempts, an all-time franchise low.
Meyer said that he had no confrontation with Jones and that the report that he called assistant coaches "losers" was inaccurate. He only admitted that he's hard on the coaching staff due to his high expectations.
ESPN reported on Saturday that "Jaguars owner Shad Khan plans to stay the course with coach Urban Meyer."
