With the Kansas City Chiefs hoisting the Lombardi Trophy, another NFL season is in the books. As a result, all eyes are turning toward the 2024 campaign.

The Detroit Lions have a number of decisions to make ahead of the start of free agency, with several key players up for extensions.

Prominent members of the team that are extension eligible include quarterback Jared Goff, wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown and both starting tackles Penei Sewell and Taylor Decker.

Decker has been solid working as the team's left tackle, and he told reporters that he has no plans to leave Detroit.

“I definitely want to end my career here,” Decker expressed, via MLive. “I would say ultimately, for me, this is where I want to be. Of course you want money, but for me, I like being here. I love being here. I was able to be a part of climbing out of the trenches of it, and it’s been fun the past year-and-a-half to see the flip side of it.

"Whatever happens with the contract, I don’t know. There’s been nothing of substance with (negotiations) so far. But ultimately, do I want to be here forever? One-hundred percent. So, we’ll see.”

Here is a collection of other noteworthy storylines surrounding the Lions on Monday, Feb. 12.
