Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive back Jamel Dean has cleared concussion protocol and will play against the Tennessee Titans. As reported by pewterreport.com.

“Pewter Report has learned that Dean has cleared concussion protocol and will start against the Titans, who are starting rookie quarterback Will Levis for a third straight week.”

Pewter Report also noted defensive back Carlton Davis is still a true game-time decision.
