When you're playing winning football, and the Buffalo Bills in spite of a painful playoff loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, NFL teams will take close looks at your ways.
In the postseason and early offseason days, that can translate into significant losses for a coaching staff. This year hasn't been an exception for Sean McDermott's squad, which has lost valued members like Brian Daboll in prior years.
This Bills' offseason, Buffalo has already lost assistant HC and DL coach Eric Washington to the Chicago Bears and multiple NFL teams have shown interest in LB coach Bobby Babich, who is a defensive coordinator candidate for the Bills, as well.
On Monday, insider Jeremy Fowler from ESPN reported yet another member of the Bills' coaching staff that is being targeted by another team: assistant special teams coach Cory Harkey.

The Carolina Panthers interviewed him for their special teams coordinator. Per Joe Person from The Athletic , Seattle Seahawks assistant Tracy Smith is also in the running for the vacancy.
2023 was Harkey's second season with the Bills after coaching tight ends at Tennessee State. Harkey played the same position for the then-St. Louis Rams.
The Bills will be waiting to hear if they're getting Harkey back for another season or not over the next few days.
