The Cincinnati Bengals and the Buffalo Bills will face off in a battle of AFC Super Bowl contenders on "Sunday Night Football" this week, and we're expecting plenty of points between these two explosive offenses. With multiple scores for both teams in the forecast, let's target two juicy anytime touchdown scorer props for Bengals-Bills.
Tee Higgins is considered the No. 2 wide receiver for the Bengals, but he's been ineffective for most of the season due to a rib injury. Because he's been banged up, Tyler Boyd has outsnapped Higgins (by a lot) in three straight games in which both WRs have played.
Boyd has played at least 86 percent of Cincinnati's offensive snaps in three straight games. He's averaging 6.3 targets per game this season and has scored a touchdown in two straight. Joe Burrow also loves looking for Boyd near the goal line, as he's targeted the slot receiver three times inside the 10-yard line and connected with him for two touchdowns.
For some reason, the Bills love feeding Latavius Murray near the goal line even though Josh Allen is a bigger, more effective short-yardage runner. Murray leads the Bills this season with nine carries and two rushing touchdowns inside the five-yard line, while no one else on the team has more than three attempts inside the five.
Murray has played at least 23 offensive snaps in three straight games, and he challenged James Cook for the team lead in snaps in two of them. The Bills should make their way inside the five at least once on "SNF," and they'll likely call Murray's number again.
