Jessica Rapfogel-USA TODAY Sports

Rookie Keaton Mitchell, who hadn't had an NFL carry before Sunday, rushed for a game-high 138 yards and a touchdown as the Baltimore Ravens trounced the visiting Seattle Seahawks 37-3 in a matchup of division leaders.

Gus Edwards rushed for 52 yards and two scores, Odell Beckham Jr. celebrated his 31st birthday with a TD reception and Justin Tucker added three field goals for the Ravens (7-2), who sit atop the AFC North.

Baltimore's defense limited the NFC West-leading Seahawks (5-3) to 151 yards of total offense and six first downs.

Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson continued his mastery of NFC teams, improving to 18-1 in his career against them. Jackson completed 21 of 26 passes for 187 yards and rushed 10 times for 60 yards. Tight end Mark Edwards made nine receptions for 80 yards.

Mitchell scored on a 40-yard run with 29 seconds left in the third quarter that extended the lead to 30-3. He had a 60-yard rush on Baltimore's next drive, setting up backup QB Tyler Huntley's 6-yard scoring strike to Beckham with 8:14 remaining.

Seattle's Geno Smith was 13-of-28 passing for 157 yards. Rookie Jaxon Smith-Njigba made six catches for 63 yards. The Seahawks managed just 28 yards on 15 rushing attempts.

After a scoreless first quarter, the Ravens tallied 17 in the second to take a 14-point halftime lead.

Edwards scored on a 4-yard run with 13:06 remaining before the intermission to cap a 12-play, 81-yard drive.

His second TD, a 3-yarder with 2:39 left in the second, completed a 10-play, 84-yard drive.

Smith threw a 50-yard pass to DK Metcalf that led to a 33-yard field goal by Jason Myers with 59 seconds left to pull Seattle within 14-3.

The Seahawks forced a fumble by Beckham to get the ball back in Baltimore territory, but Ravens linebacker Kyle Van Noy sacked Smith and then forced him to fumble on the next play, giving Baltimore possession in field-goal range. Tucker kicked a 37-yarder with 4 seconds left to make it 17-3.

Tucker added 45- and 31-yard field goals in the third quarter to extend the lead to 23-3.
