Gronk reveals how he hilariously hacked virtual offseason workouts

Work smarter, not harder. At least, that's what Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski might tell you when it comes to offseason workouts.

During Super Bowl media day on Monday, Gronkowski admitted that he would record his offseason sprints, which were supposed to be conducted daily, on one day. Since he recorded the videos on one day, he kept switching shirts to make it seem like he was recording the videos on different days. Genius.

Gronkowski came out of retirement to play with Tom Brady this season and had to prove he was getting in shape before training camp.

A few days before Gronkowski's comments, Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians lauded the tight end for his work ethic, which is hilarious considering what he said about his offseason routine.

Of course, Arians isn't wrong, it took a lot of work for Gronkowski to be ready for the 2020 campaign. His work paid off, too, as the Buccaneers are headed to their first Super Bowl since 2003.
