Former Browns Tight End Lands With Colts

A tight end who spent the majority of last season with the Cleveland Browns is signing with the Indianapolis Colts. According to a report, Pharaoh Brown will soon sign with the Colts.

Brown played three games with the Houston Texans in 2022 and 13 with the Browns. Last season he had 12 catches for 117 receiving yards.

An undrafted rookie out of Oregon, Brown got his start with the Raiders organization in 2017 but never played in a game. In 2019, Brown made his NFL debut with the Browns and played in nine games.

During the 2020 and 2021 seasons, Brown spent his time with the Texans. In each of those seasons he had at least 160 receiving yards, they remain his two best seasons.

At 6-foot-6 and 260 pounds, Brown is a blocker out there more than anything. The Browns signed Jordan Akins and it all but ended Brown’s time with Cleveland.
