Former Alabama offensive lineman Jonah Williams is headed out west as he signed a two-year $30 million deal with the Arizona Cardinals. The deal includes $19 million in guaranteed money.

Williams played the first five years of his career with the Cincinnati Bengals after being selected with the No. 11 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. The start to his career has been riddled with injuries as missed his rookie season with a torn labrum, was available for just 10 games in 2020 and suffered a dislocated knee cap in 2022.

He was able to play the entire 2021 season for Cincinnati where he helped the team reach the Super Bowl.

This past season Williams was moved from left tackle to right tackle after the team signed All-Pro offensive lineman Orlando Brown.

As he now moves on to Arizona, Williams has the versatility to play at either spot as the team looks to develop now second-year right tackle Paris Johnson who was the team’s first-round selection from a year ago.
