Dustin Hopkins’ FG Lifts Browns Past Steelers Just Before Time Expires
© Ken Blaze-USA TODAY Sports

Another week, another Dustin Hopkins game-winning field goal. Cleveland Browns fans could surely get used to that sort of routine.

The Browns topped the Pittsburgh Steelers with a 13-10 victory which came right down to the wire.

Cleveland had a strong start to the game with the defense forcing a quick three-and-out. The offense added onto that with an early touchdown and field goal on top of that making it a 10-0 ball game.

Pittsburgh fought back on tied it up and it all came down to the final drive to decide the winner of the game. That's where Cleveland came up clutch yet again.

This hard-fought game finished up with an eight-play, 48-yard, game-winning drive which was capped off by a game-winning field goal from Hopkins. This is his second consecutive game-winning kick as he iced the Baltimore Ravens with a field goal as time expired just a week ago.

These nail-biter wins are even more impressive considering they came against division opponents who know this Cleveland team better than anyone else.

Dorian Thompson-Robinson was clearly emotional as he crouched towards the ground and watched the ball sail through the uprights and the scoreboard flip to "13."

DTR was tremendous in his second career start. He threw for 165 yards while completing 55.8% of the passes that he attempted. It takes a lot of grit to take over as the starting QB for a team in the thick of a playoff hunt, but that's exactly what he did.

The Browns move to 7-3 on the season and into second place in the AFC North with their win over the Steelers. It hasn't been easy, but they're one step closer to reaching the playoffs and the goals they set out to accomplish at the beginning of the season.
