Buccaneers reserve TE jokes he'll give Rob Gronkowski the No. 87 jersey...for $1 million
Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Jordan Leggett took to Twitter to let new teammate Rob Gronkowski how much it would take for him to give up his 87 jersey.  Douglas DeFelice-USA TODAY Sports

Rob Gronkowski is the newest member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and if he wants to wear his signature No. 87 jersey it may cost him a pretty penny.

Jordan Leggett, who was signed to a one-year deal this offseason, has that jersey number at this time. He took to Twitter Tuesday evening to let Gronk know the jersey is up for sale, as long as he’s getting $1 million in return.

If Gronkowski were to buy the jersey from Leggett for $1 million, that total would be more than what the reserve tight end currently is set to make for the 2020 season ($825,000, and none of it guaranteed).

The sideways crying/laughing emoji pretty much gives the joke away. But it’s still pretty great.
