Breece Hall Unhappy over Jets' Monday Night Football Uniform Combination

New York Jets' running back Breece Hall isn't asking for much.

Hall, like a number of fans, wants to see his team mix it up in the uniform department.

Publicly mentioning the Jets on the social media site formerly known as Twitter, the second-year pro posted a formal request for the team's uniform combination to consist of white jerseys and black pants when hosting the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday Night Football.

"@nyjets Can we wear White Jerseys and Black pants this week PLEASE!!!!!!!," said Hall in an X post on Thursday afternoon.

Much to Hall's chagrin the Jets appear to have settled on a white jerseys and white pants combination for the November 6 primetime affair. When discovering that the team will wear the same color arrangement as last week, Hall shared his reaction by posting a facepalm emoji on X.

"All white again….. ‍♂️," said Hall.

The Jets have not yet sported their black pants thus far this season. Monday will mark the fourth time they wear their modern white-on-white combination. They have also worn their all white legacy uniforms twice.

Hall enjoyed a monster performance while wearing black pants as a rookie, gaining a career-high 197 scrimmage yards (97 rush, 100 rec) in a 40-17 win over the Miami Dolphins on October 9, 2022.

The chance to play on Monday Night Football again, however, doesn't appear to inspire Hall.

"It's another game," said the second-year pro on Friday in Florham Park. "[The primetime atmosphere and light show] It's cool. It is what it is."

Hall continues to lead the NFL in yards per carry average (5.68) this season. He has recorded 623 yards from scrimmage (443 rush, 189 rec) through seven games on his surgically-repaired ACL.
