Yeldon has played in only three games for the Bills this season, rushing for 70 yards on 10 carries. He hasn't played since Week 5 against the Tennessee Titans, so Buffalo's lineup won't be affected against the Patriots.
Yeldon is in his second season with the Bills after spending the first four years of his career with the Jacksonville Jaguars. In 60 career games, the 27-year-old has 492 carries for 2,005 yards and six touchdowns.
