With Gordon Hayward off to the Charlotte Hornets, the Boston Celtics have a roster spot to fill. They haven't been linked to many free agents as of late, but one four-time All-Star, apparently, is very interested in joining the Celtics.
According to Adam Himmelsbach of The Boston Globe, Paul Millsap is interested in signing with Boston, which is "at the top" of his list.
According to a league source, the Celtics are currently at the top of Paul Millsap's list as he considers his options. He is expected to make his final decision today.

Millsap spent the last three seasons with the Denver Nuggets. He averaged 11.6 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.6 assists last season while shooting 48.2% from the field and 43.5% from beyond the arc.
The 14-year veteran, who will be 36 in February, would slot in as Boston's sixth man, which was Hayward's role before he declined his player option and elected for free agency.
Millsap also has played for the Utah Jazz and Atlanta Hawks.
