NBA props for Wednesday 4/10: We like Kyle by a mile

I guess our Monday luck was moved to Tuesday as the NBA did not play to start the week. Last night we only needed Terance Mann to grab four rebounds, and he grabbed 10. If he had given those extra boards to Kevin Durant or Kelly Olynyk we would have been in great shape. Alas, 1-3 last night.

Tonight there are eight games in the NBA. With such a busy schedule last night, several teams are in back-to-backs. Minnesota at Denver is the headliner, with the winner likely taking the Western Conference top seed.

NBA Props for Wednesday, April 10

Kyle Anderson Over 6.5 Points (+110)
Timberwolves vs. Nuggets, 10 p.m. ET

Super important game tonight in Denver. Karl-Anthony Towns is still out so the Timberwolves are looking to piece production together from several sources including Anderson. This is right at his seasonal average and in three games against the Nuggets this season, he has been over it twice. The other was a five-point effort. Good value here.

Cam Johnson and Gary Trent Jr. Over 5.5 Threes Made (+110)
Raptors vs. Nets, 7:30 p.m. ET

Gary Trent Jr. is enjoying the expanded playing time that Toronto has been able to give him down the stretch. Over March and April, he is averaging three made threes per game and twice in the last 10 games he would have covered this number on his own. Cam Johnson is a little less prolific but I expect a free-wheeling game that doesn't matter either way so no reason not to jack it up.

Grant Williams Over 4.5 Rebounds (+124)
Hornets vs. Hawks, 7:30 p.m. ET

Charlotte has been out of anything since Williams came over in a trade. However, he has seen his rebounding numbers jump over five since the change too. I see no reason he cannot have an average game for himself and cash this one. He is always a high-effort/energy player so the fact that the game is irrelevant won't matter.

PJ Washington Over 1.5 Assists (+130)
Mavericks vs. Heat, 7:30 p.m. ET

Washington has been posting some wild numbers lately — 32 points on April 5, and one point on April 9. Even though his scoring comes and goes, his assists have been pretty steady. He has two or more in seven of his last eight games. Dallas is still fighting for its best playoff positioning so I expect him to be a part of the offense the way he has been lately.
