Cavs Agree to Three-Year Deal With Georges Niang
Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

Free agent forward Georges Niang has reached agreement on a three-year, $26 million contract, agent Mark Bartelstein told Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Niang, 30, appeared in 78 games with the 76ers last season, averaging 8.2 points and shooting 44 percent from the field, including 40 percent on 3-pointers.

He seemed to have some of his best games against the Cavs. Now, he’s on their side.

Along with the Sixers, Niang has spent time with the Pacers and Jazz since entering the NBA in 2016.

The Cavs have bee looking for outside shooting, and Niang should help fill that void.
