Victor Robles is magnet to pitched baseball. Despite being in just his fifth overall season in MLB, Robles is one of the most hit batters by pitches in baseball. Wednesday he drew his 44th career hit by pitch when he took a slider from Atlanta Braves reliever Chris Martin on his arm.

Only John Sullivan has taken more hits by pitches with less experience than Robles in the history of MLB. Robles took advantage of the opportunity. With his team up 4-3 in the ninth, Robles dashed to steal second base with Trea Turner at the plate.

After sliding into second, Robles was greeted by Braves second baseman Ozzie Albies. Albies proceeded to ask Robles where he was hit before giving him a kiss like only a mother or father would for their hurt child.

It was a comical sportsmanship moment between two players on rival teams. Albies wasn’t laughing too much longer as Turner looped a single to center allowing Robles to score from second to push the Nationals closer to a 5-3 win.
