Detroit Tigers manager A.J. Hinch announced the team had placed both Austin Meadows and Victor Reyes on the 10-day injured list on Sunday.
Austin Meadows (inner ear infection) and Victor Reyes (right quad strain) are both headed to injured list, A.J. Hinch said. One will open a spot for Alex Faedo, who starts Monday.

Meadows will travel with the team and see a doctor in Florida.
Meadows is out with an inner ear infection, which caused him to miss Detroit's previous three games. The 27-year-old missed three games last week with a sinus infection.
"I don't know if it's an infection or just inner ear dizziness," Meadows told Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press. "I was pretty sick in Houston. I had a sinus infection, so I don't know if it's residual effect from that, or whatever it is."
Meadows is batting .270, with a .365 on-base percentage, and .350 slugging. In 115 plate appearances, Meadows has 27 hits, four doubles and two triples with 11 RBIs and 12 walks.
Reyes heads to the injured list with a right quad strain. On Sunday afternoon against the Yankees, he injured the quad rounding first after hitting a double in his first at-bat.
It's terrible luck for Reyes, who had just returned to the Tigers' lineup after straining his left quad on April 23, which required a stint on the injured list. The 27-year-old outfielder hasn't played since April 21.
Reyes has a .261 batting average with a .320 on-base percentage and a .391 slugging percentage. In 25 plate appearances, Reyes has six hits, a double and a triple, with 4 RBIs.
