MLB HR props for Friday 9/22: Lookie, lookie, let's bet Mookie

We owe Nick Castellanos a big thank you for going yard on Thursday night and cashing our +540 ticket on him. Let's finish the week strong with my three favorite home run props for Friday's MLB slate.

Ke'Bryan Hayes (+390 DraftKings)

Friday's matchup between the Pittsburgh Pirates and Cincinnati Reds features the best hitting conditions on the slate, as the friendly weather at Great American Ballpark will create a 23 percent boost to home runs (Ballpark Pal). Let's roll with Ke'Bryan Hayes, who's batting .353 with a .907 OPS and one home run over the last 15 days. The Pirates third baseman also has a homer off Reds starter Andrew Abbott in only three career at-bats against him.

Orlando Arcia (+600 FanDuel)

You aren't going to find a better hitter-pitcher matchup on the Friday slate than this one. In 18 career at-bats against Washington Nationals starter Patrick Corbin, Orlando Arcia is batting .500 and slugging .889 with two home runs. Arcia has crushed left-handed pitching this year with a .308 batting average, a 1.026 OPS and eight homers, and Corbin is his favorite lefty of all.

Mookie Betts (+320 DK)

I targeted Mookie Betts to hit a home run on Thursday night to no avail, but we're going right back to the well. In 26 career ABs against San Francisco Giants starter Sean Manaea, Betts is batting .385 and slugging .962 with three home runs. Betts has cooled off in the power department, but this is a perfect opportunity for him to get back on track.
