Trevor Ruszkowski-USA TODAY Sports

Caitlin Clark is the new big face in Indiana pro sports, but before she gets to suit up in her first WNBA game for the Indiana Fever, she got a taste of NBA Playoffs basketball while watching Tyrese Haliburton and the Indiana Pacers go up against the Milwaukee Bucks Friday night.

Caitlin Clark Goes Wild After Indiana Pacers’ Tyrese Haliburton’s Game-Winner in Game 3 vs Bucks

Clark was among the thousands in attendance in Game 3 of the Pacers’ series versus the Bucks and she definitely went home happy after seeing Indiana pull off a 121-118 win via overtime, thanks to Haliburton’s clutch shot late in OT.

One can say that Haliburton channeled his inner Caitlin Clark, as he posted a triple-double of 18 points, 10 rebounds, and 16 assists to lead the Pacers to the victory. With that win, the Pacers are now up in the series two games to one. They have a golden opportunity to get to a commanding 3-1 series lead in Game 4, which will still be played at Gainbridge Fieldhouse this coming Sunday.

The Pacers’ latest win against the Bucks gives Indiana tremendous momentum going into Game 4. Also, the Pacers’ victory in Game 3 guaranteed at least one more game back in Indiana regardless of what happens in Games 4 and 5.

Will Clark be in attendance again in Game 4? Pacers and Indiana basketball fans surely would love to see her in the building again.

Clark’s WNBA debut is expected to be on May 14 when the Fever, who selected her first overall in the 2024 WNBA Draft, play the Connecticut Sun on the road.
