Brazzell, 6-foot-2/170 lbs from Midland, TX, is rated by On3 as the No. 111 cornerback in the nation and the No. 141 overall player in the state of Texas. He reportedly also holds offers from Austin Peay and Purdue.
The offer from the Vols is likely for a walk-on spot on the roster, which would reunite Brazzell with his older brother.
